Here's another typical "interesting" [post started by] "Bob" at gods4suckers.com:
"Finally, I call for godbotherers of every stripe to be fitted with permanent cowbells around their necks. This would insure a couple things; one, that we’d always hear them approaching just in case, that day, their Adult Imaginary Friend told them it was a-okay to stab a nonbeliever in the kidney"
Typical. This knucklehead, in spite of what he might say, really has little or no idea about what the Bible preaches concerning the harming of other human beings... I guess he'd rather base his views on the sins of the early Church rather than get it straight from the source: God's Word.
"and, two, that the clanking prefacing everything they said would let us know that whatever eventually spewed forth was unworthy of our attention. "
Sounds like we could use a similar warning system for stupid atheist websites.
"I mean, come on. Blind folks got canes and dogs, the deaf talk with their hands, mongoloids look like, well, mongoloids."
Does this guy's line of reasoning also infer that all black people speak in "Ebonics", Asians are good with computers, and Mexicans drive cars with skinny wheels? I'm sure [the respondent] would vigorously deny that. But his words have already shown the blackness in his heart.
"Shouldn’t there be some way to identify these [expletive deleted] without having to waste the breath of conversation on them. "
What a disgusting bigot. I guess, if this Nazi had his way, "imperfect" humans (including religious ones) would have been aborted before birth. Now the best he can hope for is be able to pick people like this out of a crowd so he can avoid them. And I thought atheists were supposed to be the 'tolerant ones'... BZZZZZZZT!!! Wrong answer!
Perhaps [the gods4suckers crowd] might consider taking a cue from their white supremacist ancestors and have believers tattooed with a symbol of their religious affiliations, right on their foreheads where all the fair-minded atheists could see. Then they wouldn't have to waste their precious, Starbucks Coffee-laced breath on the religious "fools".
Actually, Christians don't feel a compelling need to tag atheists with some kind of marker. If we want to avoid hearing some lefty atheist's diatribe, we just avoid the propaganda being spewed by the liberal mass media and 99% of the crap that the Entertainment Industry produces for consumption by the masses. We know garbage by its smell.
"Wait, that might have given the impression that I don’t want to talk with the blind, deaf, or retarded either and that’s just not true. Very Nice!"Riiiiiiiiiiiiiight. Then why you make that loathesome comment about the mentally challenged and the physically handicapped? Liar.
"As an aside, I refuse to refer to Gwad as “Gord” because Gord is short for Gordon and I am Gordon and I can assure you that I exist and that my ego needs no more inflating."
That's the first comment GORD made that I agree with. GORD's ego is so huge I imagine his car needs a sunroof so his head can fit.
You can read the rest of [the atheist] spew right here:
http://gods4suckers.net/archives/2007/10/24/anybody-out-there/
GORD also puts in a plug for the new book by Hector Avalos, the militant atheist religious studies professor at Illinois State University. It seems Prof. Avalos is calling for an end to all religious studies programs because he claims those programs are dominated by people with a pro-religious agenda, as if an atheist who tries to use his program as a means to debunk religion doesn't have some kind of agenda himself. So typical of the intellectual dishonesty of atheists in general. No wonder ["GORD"] can't wait for the book.

First of all, I'm Raindogzilla/Gordon. Bob is someone else entirely and I wouldn't want to ascribe to him words he hasn't, so far as I know, ever uttered.
Second, the very notion that a xian should kvetch over someone else's intolerance- let alone a xian that identifies himself willfully with fascist ideology(can you say "Brownshirt"?), is, quite possibly, the funniest thing I've ever heard.
Third, I'll leave the stars of David armbands and other social engineering stigma to your brownshirt crowd. My post was satire, satire tinged with, I'll admit, a hint of revulsion at the sheer intolerance of those like the "Dani", of whom I was speaking.
For being part of a vast majority in this country, you xians are sure quick to holler "persecution".
[snark]Maybe we could go old school and reintroduce you all to those Roman lions.[/snark]

First of all, I apologize for mistaking "Bob" as "GORD", although it's difficult to tell who's writing by the way the website blog is arranged. That being said, I recognize you, raindogzilla, , and have read some of your other "satirical" comments which included having all Christians killed off. Real funny.

Perhaps you need to re-examine the definition of 'satire' yourself, raindog, as obviously the satirical nature of my blogger name has been lost on you. I'll explain it for you now. I took the name because lefty atheists are always referring to conservative believers as "nazis" and "brownshirts" (remember the banal comments by liberal dullard Al Gore?) so I ran with the name as a way to poke back at a truly overused and idotic generalization.

And do you suppose we believers also feel sheer revulsion at being told we need to be marked for identification the way Hitler marked our brethren, the Jews? All because we're not worth wasting your breath upon? But then, "open-minded" people like you are looking for that effect from people like us, all the time while having a good cackle amongst your 5 friends.
You and the others that haunt gods4suckers have no room to point fingers where it comes to intolerance. The title of the site says it all.
"For being part of a vast majority in this country, you xians are sure quick to holler "persecution". "
I never used the word "persecution". I simply took the stupidity you posted and followed it to its logical conclusion, in order to point out the sheer idiocy of the points you people post.
I do not feel persecuted by your tiny minority, but you're a vocal and very visible minority that splatters a lot of bunk about Christianity in a visible and noticeable way. People like me are the answer to the babble that atheists spew about believers. You spend your time mining the internet for tidbits that make Christians look stupid, and then whine when your own stupidity is mined, posted, and responded to in like kind. Get used to it. You people aren't special, regardless of what dimwit Ellen Johnson spewed in her latest inane video on YouTube. God sees all of us the same.
"[snark]Maybe we could go old school and reintroduce you all to those Roman lions.[/snark] "
By the way, raindog, that dumb comment has been made numerous times all over the web, by original thinkers like you. I suppose you'd snicker at bringing back crucifixions as well. You might consider growing up one of these days, GORD.
By the way, GORD, have you or your fellow atheists ever bothered to look up the word "xian" in the dictionary? Or does Webster's produce something special for atheists only?
[snark]
Some education for you Brownturd...(it always amazes me how little you Xians know about your own religion and its history)
XIAN
"This is an abbreviation for the word Christian. It comes from the Greek name for Christ, Xristos, and is essentially the same notation as we commonly see with Xmas."

Here's some education for YOU, o brave atheist posting as "anonymous". It never ceases to amaze ME how:
a) You atheists can't resist banal name-calling based on high school toilet humor
b) You atheists are forever underestimating the intelligence of the typical Christian
c) How little YOU know about Christianity and its history, even though you people think you're experts
"XIAN
"This is an abbreviation for the word Christian. It comes from the Greek name for Christ, Xristos, and is essentially the same notation as we commonly see with Xmas."
According to the Oxford Dictionary of American English, the abbreviation for Christian is "Xn", NOT Xian. The abbreviation for Christianity is "Xnty". Even then, that is an anglicized rendering, because the Greek letter chi, which only resembles an English X, is prounounced as a "k", not as "cris".
As far as history goes, the "X" abbreviation came about as a means for believers to identify each other in secret, when they were in places where Christinity was unpopular or outlawed by the ruling class.
Nowadays, nobody, except for the atheist crowd, uses the word "xian". That rendering is designed to be derogatory of Christianity, as it appears you atheists don't even want to use the name of Christ in your rants. This is also evident in your idiotic renderings of "gawd" and "jeebus". The fact is, these half-witted pokes you take at believers through the murdering of names adds NOTHING to the quality of your discourse. It just makes you people appear more banal and stupid.
That's the real education YOU need, Junior. Take that back to all your friends.
So, can one then, say, wear a swastika as an ironic or satirical fashion statement? Can you remove the repellent associations of that brownshirt, if those associations are in the minds of others?
I have no need to quotemine or take any of the multitude of xian stupidity out of context. So long as a GOP presidential candidate agrees that the "controversy" between science and myth be taught in the science classroom, so long as a national evangelical figure incites or condones bigotry towards those different from them, so long as some- admittedly fringe, aspiring theocrat publishes a book like "Does God Love Michael's Two Daddies?", so long as the Discovery Institute continues to exist and the Ben Stein's of the world try and gin up some stink over the supposed persecution of nonscience by science, and so long as the public airwaves are filled daily with the dreck that Limbaugh, Hannity, Savage, Prager, Beck, and Bill O'Reilly spew there's absolutely no need to quotemine or spin.
I don't want to kill anyone. Nor do I think anyone- save terrorists and convicted murderers- should be killed. I do wish those of you emotionally and psychologically crippled- by the need for a supernatural, Adult Imaginary Friend, a speedy recovery and/or a successful transition through their metaphysical puberty/adolescence.
Monotheism is nothing more than a step in the distillation process taking mankind from pantheism to humanism. It's become stagnant and cumbersome.

Could you then change your original post or put an update message at the end of it?
It just seems that much, if not all, of your original post is directed at me, when I never said any of those things.
Just a suggestion...
And, just for the record, my original post simply had a picture of the fires and a request for people to post a comment if they were okay.

"So, can one then, say, wear a swastika as an ironic or satirical fashion statement? Can you remove the repellent associations of that brownshirt, if those associations are in the minds of others?"
Is it any more repellent than being falsely accused of being a nazi brownshirt simply for political purposes? It's liberals like YOU who throw the term around so loosely and use it against religious conservatives AD NAUSEUM.
"I have no need to quotemine or take any of the multitude of xian stupidity out of context."
So then, why do you do it? In fact, the typical atheist's understanding of Christianity or the Bible is nothing more than a quotemniner's knowledge.
"So long as a GOP presidential candidate agrees that the "controversy" between science and myth be taught in the science classroom,"
Science and myth? You mean, as long as so-called "scientists" form a "consensus", Naturalism is going to be treated as scientific law, even when found to be unfeasible by other scientists in the same field? And now, LAWYERS and judges, not scientists, get to define what science really is?
"so long as a national evangelical figure incites or condones bigotry towards those different from them,"
But I guess it's okay for ATHEISTS to incite bigotry against those who are different from them, right?"
"so long as some- admittedly fringe, aspiring theocrat publishes a book like "Does God Love Michael's Two Daddies?"'"
But it's okay for a public school system to waste time in a much-shortened school day desenitizing school children to perversion.
so long as the Discovery Institute continues to exist
An institute atheists hate, because it is populated with eminent scientists from all over the planet who disagree with politically-fueled naturalistic dogma
"and the Ben Stein's of the world try and gin up some stink over the supposed persecution of nonscience by science,"
In denial, I see. You people can't stand the fact that SCIENTISTS are the ones stirring up the debate over naturalistic dogma being forced on public school children. Besides that, it rankles most of you that Mr. Stein is an intellectual who'd rip most of you to shreds on the debate floor
"and so long as the public airwaves are filled daily with the dreck that Limbaugh, Hannity, Savage, Prager, Beck, and Bill O'Reilly spew there's absolutely no need to quotemine or spin."
Spin is all you libs do, because each one of those people takes the mantras you liberals preach and grinds it to a pulp with the facts you people can't deny.
"I don't want to kill anyone. Nor do I think anyone- save terrorists and convicted murderers- should be killed."
Let's not forget the innocent unborn and the useless elderly, son.
"I do wish those of you emotionally and psychologically crippled- by the need for a supernatural, Adult Imaginary Friend, a speedy recovery and/or a successful transition through their metaphysical puberty/adolescence.
There are few things more comical than condescension fuled by stupidity. Did you ever bother to check the FACT that belief in the supernatural is one of the five hallmarks that defines a human culture, and as such, is not catalogued as a mental illness? RRS tried to pull the same malarkey, and another atheist who is a practicing psychologist shut down that claim in a YouTube broadcast. Get your facts straight, GORD.
Monotheism is nothing more than a step in the distillation process taking mankind from pantheism to humanism. It's become stagnant and cumbersome.
Did you think perhaps that militant atheism is considered a stumbling block to the emerging Positive Atheism/Humanist Movement? Why do you think those people are dissociating themselves from people like you? You give humanism a bad name.
"Bob"
I have corrected my article. And yes, we here in california are okay. Thanks for asking.
I think you might ask yourself, however, as you might be more civilized than bashers like "raindog", how could people take a simple post like yours and turn it into some kind of hate-filled missile against believers? Perhaps your are more "humanist" than they.
I guess the point I made about your anonymous comment must have struck a nerve since you chose delete it, and you most likely will delete this one too because its your blog and you can do whatever you want...mr anonymous brownshirt.
I repeat... don't see you Mr Brownshirt being so brave as to identify your actual name, therefore you are as "anonymous" as I am. We all hide behind our special "handles" in cyberspace.
You seem to be more obsessed with reading atheist blogs and venting anger here than worshiping the god you say you believe in. I think that anger comes from your doubts and knowing deep down that your religion is a farce. I don't lurk at xian blogs...because I am not looking for anything. The only reason I am here is because of your trolling at an atheist site. Seems like you, Mr Browshirt look because you are questioning, and that is good.
I see by the number of comments you have throughout this lame blog just how interesting you are not...
"I guess the point I made about your anonymous comment must have struck a nerve since you chose delete it, and you most likely will delete this one too because its your blog and you can do whatever you want...mr anonymous brownshirt."
Your comment was deleted because I was trying to stay on-topic and your reponse was just a personal attack. Also, any post with 4-letter words is subject to being flushed. You can be potty-mouthed among your atheist buddies, which most of you atheists feel compelled to do.
I repeat... don't see you Mr Brownshirt being so brave as to identify your actual name, therefore you are as "anonymous" as I am. We all hide behind our special "handles" in cyberspace.
I didn't realize your "handle" is "Anonymous". Sorry I missed that. [snerk]
My name is Michael... like the ArchAngel. I can't imagine your name is Lee Merriwether, however. Nice try.
"You seem to be more obsessed with reading atheist blogs and venting anger here than worshiping the god you say you believe in."
What do you know about worship? And what makes you think I'm not putting my worship into action by defending my Lord's Holy Name?
You seem to be the pot calling the kettle 'black' in my site, junior.
"I think that anger comes from your doubts and knowing deep down that your religion is a farce."
Thanks for the bad psychoanalysis, Dr. Freud. The fact is, I am so convinced of the truth of my beliefs that I'm willing to dip my ladle into the cesspool of sludge that people like you spew about Christianity, in order to educate people on the kind of ignorance you corn-fed atheists pass off as "truth". It's called 'contending for the faith'.
"I don't lurk at xian blogs..."
Except mine, I guess.
"because I am not looking for anything. The only reason I am here is because of your trolling at an atheist site. Seems like you, Mr Browshirt look because you are questioning, and that is good."
Obviously, you're not the sharpest tool in the shed. I am patrolling atheist websites and providing a much deserved answer to the vomit they spew about people like me.
I see by the number of comments you have throughout this lame blog just how interesting you are not...
It's a new blog. But it certainly got YOUR attention, didn't it?
